From refurbishment to final clean — a complete Maison project.
A full residential refurbishment brings many trades into one home, and the outcome depends on how well they are sequenced. Decoration, flooring, joinery and finishing touches each need their own window of time, and every handover is an opportunity for dust and damage to creep back in.
Maison coordinates the finishing stages so the property is presented, not just completed: post-works cleaning throughout, kitchen and bathroom detailing, glass and frames, fixtures and surfaces, then a final inspection against the standard agreed at the outset.
The result is a home that is ready to be lived in or let the day the works finish — with one point of contact accountable for the last, most visible phase of the project.
